Job Summary

ITS Customer Services is seeking a dedicated IS Technical Support Specialist II to provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance in a fast-paced environment. This role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, supporting desktop systems, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective resolutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to end users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Manage on-call responsibilities and support services outside of normal hours.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BS) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT support or contact center environments.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating in team environments.
  • Desired certifications : Microsoft, CompTIA, or ISC2.
  • Benefits

    Full-time position with variable shift (40 hrs / week) and rotating on-call responsibilities. Overtime and holiday support available as required. Salary range : $19.18–30.68 per hour, grade level 43.
