Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Product Specialist

Position type : Contract

Duration : 12+ Months

Location : Remote

As an Product Specialist, you will :

• Support product manager and product owner for several digital initiatives within a product portfolio
• Heavy involvement with documenting notes and recaps from Standup / Core hour calls and Working sessions
• Help product owners with UAT. Heavy involvement with bug triaging and task tracking in JIRA
• Prepares tasks for Designers, Copy team, and Business analysts (BA) in JIRA on aligned decisions made from team meetings
• Help review BA UI and Functional stories prior to Entry Amigo
• Assists with Discovery work for Epic requirement creation
• Work cross functionally with the internal business units, vendors, and IT tech team to complete work against strategic plans
• Plan and prioritize product backlog based on business value and / or ROI
• Partner with UX designers and researchers to help define future product strategy in collaboration with product team
• Be the advocate for the customer while balancing the business needs
