We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engineering Manager to join our team in the Food Manufacturing Industry. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional who has a go-getter attitude and who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. As the Engineering Manager, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and evaluation of complex engineering projects to improve our manufacturing processes. You will play a crucial role in driving continuous improvement initiatives and spearheading Lean Manufacturing efforts.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the engineering team in the design and development of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Implement and manage Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives across all areas of manufacturing.
• Utilize Six Sigma methodologies to enhance the quality of products and processes.
• Develop and manage CAPEX budgets, ensuring projects are completed within allocated resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve engineering issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry safety and environmental standards.
• Oversee the training and development of the engineering team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to keep our manufacturing processes at the cutting edge.
