Job Summary : As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, lounges, and in-room dining. Your role will include leading teams, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining quality standards, managing budgets, and driving both revenue and guest satisfaction. This position is ideal for a forward-thinking hospitality leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of food and beverage professionals. Foster a positive work culture that attracts and retains top talent.
• Manage daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to health and safety standards.
• Create, monitor, and manage budgets for labor, food, beverage, and supplies, while maximizing revenue and minimizing costs.
• Stay attuned to guest feedback and industry trends to continually enhance service and dining experiences.
• Develop and execute promotional events, buffet presentations, and creative initiatives to expand market presence and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt standards, corporate policies, and local / state regulations.
• Protect hotel assets by maintaining equipment, ensuring sanitation practices, and supporting a safe work environment.
