Position Summary :
We are seeking a FACS Programmer / Analyst with experience in Finvi / Ontario System's collection software and basic general scripting knowledge. This position will work with the team developing new client interfaces including automation scripts as well as maintaining and improving existing processes.
Responsibilities :
- Programming inbound and outbound files that adhere to client file layout specifications using combinations of Enable, Report Writer, Logic Blocks, Tactics, Night Jobs, MS Access, VBA, SSMS, SSRS, Task Scheduler and WinBatch or PowerShell scripting.
- Daily time-sensitive troubleshooting of script errors due to internal and external forces impacting automation.
- Provides extracts and reports for clients and leadership on demand using SQL warehouse database and direct production queries, FACS Report Writer, and FACS Analytics.
- Monitor newly designed and existing interfaces to ensure smooth operation.
- Conducts testing and analysis for successful program operation, timing with existing processes, and makes modifications.
- Setup and maintain SSRS / SQL subscriptions as needed.
- Create and maintain SSRS reports, SSMS stored procedures, and use Report Builder.
- Maintain documentation of new and existing interfaces, program changes, scripting comments, and ticketing system updates.
- Identify, resolve, and prevent business system and data issues.
- Work directly with clients and internal team members to design and implement projects.
- Perform Gap Analysis of projects by reviewing program objectives, data samples, and input / output requirements with project managers and clients.
- Arrange projects in programming sequence, prepare workflow charts / diagrams as may be needed.
- Handle multiple daily, weekly, monthly responsibilities / tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintains client confidentiality and adheres to federal and state privacy laws.
- Maintains and grows professional and technical knowledge.

At least five (5) years' experience working with IT ProgrammingUndergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations / Business Management or related disciplineThree (3) years' experience in the healthcare / financial services industry or debt collection.This position earns competitive pay, depending on experience.
