Responsibilities
- Lead Workday Benefits Projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Enterprise Resource Planning optimization related to Information Technology operations, business processes, security, and data integrity for Workday applications.
- Support business development activities, including identification, proposal development, and pursuit activities; collaborate with resources from other service lines / industries as needed.
- Lead day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews.
- Supervise and performance-manage staff working on assigned engagements.
- Manage engagements in accordance with KPMG financial / cost management policies.
Qualifications
Minimum of five years of ERP, benefits, payroll implementation and upgrade experience with completion of one full implementation involving Workday Benefits.Bachelor's degree from an accredited university / college.Minimum of five full life cycle implementations with Workday Benefits / Payroll / Compensation / Advanced Compensation as a Functional Lead or Architect and Workday certification in Workday Benefits / Payroll / Compensation / Advanced Compensation (candidates without certification will be required to obtain one within three months of employment).Detailed understanding of ERP system concepts and general module functionality.Willingness to travel as needed.Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future; no sponsorship for employment-based visas is available for this role.Additional Details
