A company is looking for a Business Analyst - ARC (Accelerate Regulatory Capabilities) Submission Planning (Veeva Migration).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements for submission planning processes in Veeva RIM modules
Design end-to-end workflows for content planning, including creation, versioning, ownership, review cycles, and status tracking
Support sandbox and UAT activities, developing test cases and scripts that reflect realistic planning scenarios and dependencies
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of Business Analysis experience within the Life Sciences or Regulatory Affairs sectors
Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault RIM Submissions, including configuration of Submission Content Planning features
Familiarity with regulatory submission types such as eCTD, IND, NDA, and ANDA
Experience with system migration, UAT, validation, and delivering training to end-users
