About the Team

The VIZIO Data Lake team is looking for a highly talented and motivated data scientist to help provide insights, perform A / B testing and other statistical analyses, and to prototype complex ETL’s. We are looking for a dynamic employee to perform non-commoditized data work. The position can be held in one of several offices (Denver, Los Angeles, New York).

What You Will Do

• Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Develop and write algorithms for use in production.
• Let the problem be the guide, sometimes the solution is a heuristic. Other times, it’s a model.
• Use data to evaluate the efficacy and value of product features.
• Organize and document complex technical projects.
• Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

For Colorado-based employment : The target salary range is $106,000 - $138,000. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.

For New York-based employment : The minimum salary for this position is $106,000 / year. The maximum salary for this position $138,000 / year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
