Process Development & Scale-Up Engineer – Nutraceuticals
North of Salt Lake City, UT — Full-time, permanent position with a client of Driggs Search International.
Base pay range : $120,000.00 / yr - $140,000.00 / yr. Additional compensation : Annual Bonus.
What You'll Do
- Lead the scale-up and technology transfer of formulations and processes to manufacturing.
- Optimize production processes for efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges.
- Perform data analysis, root cause investigations, and implement process control strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across multiple dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, powders, and softgels.
- Manage technology transfer projects with external co-manufacturing partners, ensuring on-time and successful commercialization.
- Stay current with regulatory and industry standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
