A company is looking for a CRM Coordinator to execute customer communication strategies and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and deploy email, push, and in-app marketing campaigns
Set up and launch automated campaigns and one-time messages within the CRM platform
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a marketing or communications-focused role
Experience with email marketing platforms like Braze, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo is a plus
Basic understanding of marketing metrics and interest in data analysis
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
A passion for sports or gaming is a plus, but not required
