A company is looking for a Labor Relations Administrator (remote US).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the grievance procedure by receiving, tracking, and investigating grievances
Advise management on the administration of collectively bargained agreements and colleague discipline
Assist in proposal development for collective bargaining and participate in negotiations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of general business experience
1+ years of labor / employee relations experience
Superior knowledge of U.S. federal and state labor and employment laws
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of working experience
J.D. preferred
