Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to influence others without formal authority. Highly self-motivated and directed with an attention to detail. Initiative, imaginative and pragmatic.
Job Description :
Work with our Systems, Analytics and Business Owners for projects submitted by Technical Operations to include planning, reporting, and collaboration with vendors and suppliers.
- Build and maintain a working relationship with Hertz field personal, Local and corporate vendor personal.
- Work with Systems & Analytics to identify problem locations with high or long-out of service levels.
- Build action plans with vendors and ensure actions are executed to reduce out of service times.
- Facilitate weekly touch point meeting with all suppliers.
- Review and report out on program on daily call with maintenance team.
- Identify all any models that are trending up in out of service and work with the materials team to secure supple of glass from the suppliers.
- Create and manage a detailed project work plan for each project. Manage project portfolios including allocating resources and reporting progress to goals.
Starting salary is $67K; commensurate with experience.
