job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDeliver comfort touch massage therapy services as per physician's orders and the interdisciplinary group (IDG) care plan, focusing on hospice and palliative care. Conduct initial evaluations to assess and identify each patient's unique needs. Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all massage therapy services provided. Completion of a post-secondary course of study from an accredited or licensed Massage Therapy school. A minimum of one year of Massage Therapy experience is required. Experience in hospice massage therapy is preferred. Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance. The opportunity to meet patients in their own homes, gaining insight into their individual needs. A collaborative and supportive interdisciplinary team approach to care.
