Base pay range

$90,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr

Experience & Skills Required :

• 3–5 years Epicor ERP experience (flexible to 1 year)
• Front-end coding and back-end server maintenance (upgrades / updates)
• Strong stability in work history (no job-hopping or career consulting)
• C# and SQL proficiency
• Manufacturing background preferred
• Understanding of business operations and ERP's role in core functions

Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you'll manage user roles and permissions, coordinate server updates and patches, and maintain system performance. You'll build and support BAQs, BPMs, dashboards, and reports, while developing integrations and customizations using REST APIs and C#. You'll troubleshoot user issues, provide on-call support for critical outages, and lead ERP upgrades and migrations with minimal downtime. You'll also create training materials, maintain documentation, and collaborate across departments to improve workflows and ERP usage. Ensuring role-based access controls and compliance with security standards is essential.
