Your performance affects your paycheck, and you have an earning potential of $50,000 - $100,000+ per year with commission and bonuses. We offer a mileage stipend on top of these terrific benefits :

ARE YOU THE RESIDENTIAL FLOORING OUTSIDE SALES REP WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

You're a friendly representative of DE Floor Coverings, building connections with prospective customers and promoting our diverse products and services. Supporting our retail business, you're responsible for visiting our customers' homes, assessing their needs, and helping them select the best floor coverings for their spaces. With a positive and professional attitude, you engage with customers, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process.

While in our clients' homes, you accurately measure square footage and use estimating software to generate material, labor, and installation costs. You go over financing options with customers, demonstrate the value of our products, and close deals. To keep your strategies sharp and fresh, you collaborate with your retail team and brainstorm effective sales methods. You also assist with visual merchandising, playing a critical part in our continued growth!
