Safety Manager

Darwin is assisting a leading heavy civil and site development contractor with their search for a Safety Manager.

The Safety Manager will place the highest priority on ensuring the safety, health, and well-being of all employees.

The main responsibilities include conducting regular site safety inspections to identify hazards, ensure compliance, and promote a culture of safety and providing onsite coaching and guidance to employees and contractors, encouraging safe work practices and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 3- 5 years of experience serving as a Site Safety Manager on construction sites with multiple employers, OSHA 500 certification, and have multiple trade experiences (Concrete, Cranes, Heavy Civil, Clearing, Grading, Rigging, Landscaping, etc).
