Door Attendant

Responsibilities
- Opening doors for all guests entering and exiting the hotel, provide professional hospitality in an attentive, friendly and efficient manner to all guests.
- Greet all guests with a smile at all times and address guests by last name when appropriate.
- Assist guests with transportation to offsite locations using only approved taxi / limo services.
- Maintain a pleasant customer service attitude and knowledge of hotel layout, meeting rooms, amenities, services, main attractions in the area, parking rates, etc.
- Remain knowledgeable of local attractions, restaurants, entertainment ideas and directions.
Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate weights; to stand for up to 8 hours.Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.Refined verbal communication skills.Employment details
