A company is looking for a Worker's Comp Medical Only Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial investigations of assigned medical-only claims and contact relevant parties within 48 hours
Review claim details and medical documentation to determine compensability and authorize medical treatments
Maintain documentation of claim activities and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and medical terminology
Experience with claims management systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Commitment to continuing education and maintaining required CEU credits
