Nurse Practitioner – Pulmonary Medicine
About the Job
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join an innovative pulmonary care practice delivering best-in-class lung health services.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Phoenix, Arizona (Camelback and Sun City West) .
You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team leveraging technology and data-driven care models to improve outcomes for patients with pulmonary conditions.
What’s in it for you?
- $130,000 – $150,000 annual salary
- Outsized compensation structure compared to similar roles, with a balanced and reasonable work schedule
- On-site schedule : Monday–Friday, 5 days per week
- Visa sponsorship available (J-1 accepted, H1-B not eligible)
- Opportunity to work at partner hospitals and take locum shifts one week per month to maintain credentials

What You’ll Be Doing :
Deliver comprehensive care including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditionsSpecialize in pulmonary medicine , including the interpretation of chest X-rays, CT scans, and pulmonary function tests (PFTs)Educate and coach patients on preventive care and chronic disease managementMonitor vital signs, administer treatments, and evaluate therapeutic responsesCollaborate closely with referring physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of careFoster strong relationships with local providers to expand the patient referral networkMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationAdhere to all HIPAA, OSHA, and state regulatory standardsWhat You’ll Need :
Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license with active Arizona state certification1+ years of true pulmonary experience (beyond general medicine)Board certification requiredProven ability to effectively and accurately diagnose and manage pulmonary conditionsStrong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient careExcited to work in a fast-paced, technology-integrated care modelSpanish language skills preferred but not requiredWhat Will Set You Apart :
