Key Responsibilities
Design and execute the scaled customer success strategy across North America
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team responsible for proactive outreach and success planning
Monitor key KPIs and act as a customer advocate in internal forums to improve product experience
Required Qualifications
8+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Marketing
3+ years in a leadership role, ideally in SaaS or EdTech
Experience building or leading scaled or tech-touch customer success programs
Skilled in customer success technology platforms such as Gainsight or Salesforce
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Education, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
