• Direct Patient Care : Provide high-quality, compassionate care, utilizing evidence-based practices.\n
• Team Collaboration : Work with a dedicated team to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.\n
• Nursing Process : Use the nursing process of assessment, goal-setting, intervention planning, and continuous evaluation to ensure the highest standards of care.\n
• Compliance & Quality : Deliver care in alignment with hospital policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and established standards of care.\n
• Support Kansas Heart Hospital's Goals : Help us achieve the mission and goals of Kansas Heart Hospital through excellence in patient care and teamwork.\n\nJob Qualifications : \n
• Education : Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.\n
• License : Registered nurse with current Kansas licensure.\n
• Previous Experience : 1 year in an acute care setting (recent) preferred.\n
• Key experience / Accomplishments : Demonstrates competence in clinical practice.\n
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) affirmation desired.\n
• Interpersonal Skills : Demonstrates and promotes confidence, credibility, adaptability, initiative, problem solving, and teamwork. Requires strong communication skills.\n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities\n
• Admits adults with various cardiovascular diagnoses.\n
