Position Summary :

Our client is seeking an experienced Loan Operations Specialist with in-depth expertise in commercial lending, including commercial real estate (CRE) and commercial and industrial (C&I) loans. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of loan due diligence, documentation, collateral management, and the full lifecycle of commercial loan processingfrom origination through closing and booking. This role requires a detailed understanding of the flow of funds in complex commercial transactions and hands-on proficiency with LaserPro for loan document preparation.

Essential Duties :

• Review, prepare, and process documentation for CRE and C&I loans, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform due diligence on borrower and collateral information, including review of entity documents, insurance, UCC filings, and title work.
• Utilize LaserPro to generate loan documents in accordance with credit approvals and bank policies.
• Coordinate and facilitate loan closings, ensuring all required documents are executed and conditions precedent are satisfied.
• Support post-closing review and funding processes, including disbursement, booking, and collateral perfection.
• Verify and track collateral, ensuring accurate lien positions and documentation in the bank's system of record.
• Partner cross-functionally with loan officers, credit analysts, legal, and treasury teams to ensure smooth and compliant loan onboarding.
• Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Salary Range :

SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $40 45.
