Overview
Provide behavioral and therapeutic support services to consumers, including assessment, evaluation, training, education, program planning, support services, and clinical services to consumers, families, and staff. Responsibilities include conducting behavioral evaluations, acting as a liaison for psychiatric supports, participating in ongoing assessments, developing and monitoring behavioral intervention plans, meeting with consumers and families, responding to emergencies, preparing and submitting reports, maintaining caseload files, and collaborating as part of multidisciplinary teams. Provide staff training on implemented programs.
Qualifications
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the BACB.
- Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis programming with behavioral intervention is required.
- Ability to review and interpret technical information, write technical materials, speak persuasively, and analyze situations to define core issues.
- Knowledge of age-appropriate activities, CPT codes, payor rules, language skills, and research-based treatment modalities.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and other physical activities.
External Job Responsibilities
Conduct assessments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Develop and refine Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessments.Design and implement evidence-based ABA interventions tailored to individual needs.Monitor and adjust treatment plans according to progress.Apply ABA techniques to improve social, communication, academic, and daily living skills.Implement strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and promote positive behaviors.Collect and analyze behavioral data to evaluate intervention effectiveness.Maintain detailed records and prepare progress reports.Educate and support parents and caregivers in behavioral strategies.Collaborate with other professionals to ensure cohesive treatment approaches.Participate in team meetings and share insights.Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff, providing training and feedback.Conduct performance reviews and support professional development.Engage with community resources to support client integration.Ensure all practices adhere to ethical and regulatory standards.Stay updated with advancements in behavior analysis and autism treatment.Manage crisis situations effectively, ensuring safety.Complete clinical documentation within SpringHealth's EHR.Assist in developing staff training materials and ensure program compliance.Pursue continued education in behavior interventions.Complete monthly and quarterly progress notes.About Our Line of Business
