    • Level 4 trauma

  • Requirements

    • Board Certified

  • Active MI License Required (Not accepting IMLC)
  • ACLS and BLS
  • Covid vaccine
  • Clean background
  • Required Procedures : General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional anesthesia, Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases
