• Hours per Week : 36 guaranteed\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary : $2,740 - $2,930\n\nPICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent (within the last 3 years) full-time PICU RN experience\n
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program\n
• Active California Registered Nurse License (CA RN license required)\n
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification\n
• Pediatric Advanced Cardiac Life Support (PALS) certification\n
• Preferred : Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or related field\n
• Preferred : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification\n\nPICU RN Responsibilities\n
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU\n
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans\n
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed\n
• Educate and support patients' families during critical care situations\n
