Lead Technician

A Lead Technician is mainly responsible for performing the water mitigation for residential properties while providing excellent customer service. This is a labor-intensive construction related position that has a rotating "on call / emergency response" requirement. Visit new assignments / jobs, interface with the customer. Scope the damages, perform mitigation services, provide documentation to the estimator for approval. Develop moisture mapping and create drying-log. Be capable of carrying heavy loads of debris, damaged materials, and equipment from the property.

Qualifications :

  • Have excellent customer service skills
  • Be ready, willing and able to work and be available for overtime when needed
  • Be able to work unsupervised
  • Have a great attitude, be trustworthy, be dependable, and have a pleasant personality
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and driving record check

Experience :

  • Water Mitigation, 1 year (Preferred)
  • Restoration, 1 year (Preferred)
  • Construction, 1 year (Preferred)

  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
  • Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects
  • Ability to work with / around cleaning products / chemicals
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
  • Compensation : $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
