Backgrounds in construction, oil & gas, banking, equipment rental, or nonprofits are a plus. Strong written & verbal communication skills Goal-driven, self-starter with a team player mindset Detail-oriented with critical thinking and prioritization skills Professional phone and office etiquette Proficiency in basic computer software & agency management systems
