Global Incentive Compensation Analyst
The Global Incentive Compensation Analyst on the Plan Operations team is responsible for providing key operational support for Salesforce's Worldwide Sales Incentives program. Primary responsibilities include processing and distributing incentive compensation plan documents for / to sales employees, collaborating with business partners to ensure accurate employee compensation information, and delivering process improvements in order to assist our business in scaling to meet the needs of our growing sales organization.
