Compensation Overview The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range $65,300.00 - $107,600.00

What Is the Opportunity?

As a Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting with compliance initiatives with specific focus on regulatory change management. This role is responsible for supporting strategies to ensure compliance with state and federal laws, regulations, and company policies. In addition, you will be accountable for raising awareness on compliance matters.

What Will You Do?

• Market Regulatory Activity : With guidance and oversight, assist in providing information for non-financial market regulatory activities, including market conduct exams, interrogatories, surveys, and data calls.
• Address General Compliance Issues : Maintain awareness of matters related to compliance with laws, regulations, applicable company policies, and ethical behavior.
• Regulatory Change Management (RCM) : Review and communicate new or revised laws, regulations, bulletins, and regulatory publications applicable to Travelers business.
• Provide support to applicable business partners on assigned legal / regulatory change matters to implement and / or modify business processes, systems, or workflows to ensure compliance.
• Monitor, track and respond to inquiries from business partners and third parties pertaining to regulatory changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
