This is a full time hybrid position in the North Alabama region working with small business owners and their employees to provide those employees with benefits as well as tax savings.

Qualifications :

• No experience is required. We train an individual in all aspects of our business to be successful in a short amount of time.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively serve our clients needs and help them make informed decisions.
• Self Motivated and organized with excellent time management skills and very goal oriented.
• The ability to train and supervise others to be successful in this industry.
