We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Responsibilities :
- Respond to client inquiries through inbound calls, ensuring accurate and timely assistance.
- Document customer interactions by creating and updating cases in the case management system.
- Maintain daily productivity logs to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in special projects, including site testing and client support initiatives, as directed by leadership.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to address complex issues requiring additional follow-up.
- Adapt to evolving processes and policies as communicated by the leadership team.
- Uphold professionalism and confidentiality while resolving customer concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve shared goals.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Demonstrated empathy and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including internet use and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid analytical skills for interpreting incidents and resolving issues.
