Dietary Manager
Located at the Cass Lake Service Unit in Minnesota, this role supports inpatient dietary services in a hospital setting. The Dietary Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the dietary services program. This role includes staff supervision, meal planning, compliance with food safety standards, and management of special dietary needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and schedule dietary staff
- Maintain dietary service policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with HACCP protocols and FDA Food Code 2022
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to implement physician-ordered diets
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and food safety documentation
- Conduct training, onboarding, and staff performance evaluations
- Plan and post 3-week rotating menus in coordination with the Registered Dietitian
