Florida Licensed Senior Counsel

A company is looking for a Sr Counsel to provide legal support for commercial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on complex issues and represent the company in litigation and regulatory proceedings

Structure, draft, and negotiate contracts for procurement of EPC and construction services

Ensure compliance with the company's Code of Business Conduct and report legal issues to management

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate

At least 10 years of experience in a top law firm supporting the energy and utility industries

Significant experience in drafting and negotiating contracts for power generation equipment

Experience representing electric utilities and independent power producers

Member in Good Standing of State Bar
