LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS : ACLS / BLS required

Unit Ino : Patient Diagnoses

Cardiac MED / Surg / IMCU : Chest Pain, Syncope, Rhythm issues, NSTEMI, STEMI, CHF, Hiatal Hernia, lung masses, esophageal cancer, pleural effusion. Pericardial effusion, Multivessel Disease, Aortic Valve Stenosis, Unstable Heart Failure, LVAD with medical conditions other than new implant.

Special Procedures / Unit Details

Mitral clips, Pacemakers, Ablations, Heart Cath, Cardiac Stents, Hiatal Hernia Repair, Esophagectomy, Video Assisted Thoracotomy, Cardio MEMS, Cardioversions, Bronchoscopy, Acute CPAP / BIPAP or high flow oxygen.

IMCU : LVAD (post-new implant) or medical management, Post Open Heart, TVAR and Alcohol Septal Ablation with TVP, TVAR, Pericardial Drains, PreOp Open Heart Insulin Drips, Acute CPAP / BIPAP, Titratable Cardiac Drips.

Would prefer to have some cardiac experience to consider a 1st time traveler.
