SUMMARY :

HomeWell Care Services prides in taking in home care services to the next level. As part of our team, you will be offering a personalized program designed to suit people's specific needs. You will be following a written care plan established by a professional Care Manager who will guide you in delivering the highest-level of in-home care. Our Signature Programs are designed by experts to keep people healthy, safe, and independent wherever they call home. From proactively preventing injuries to educating families and communities, you will have the opportunity to build a healthier, happier future for the people you care for.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Proof of current physical and TB testing.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have available reliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Provide verifiable professional and personal references.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP : The caregiver is supervised by the Care Manager and receives scheduling direction from the Staffing Coordinator.

PHYSICAL AND ENVIROMENTAL DEMANDS : Reposition and transfer clients, sustain weight of clients using proper transfer safety techniques and equipment (example : use of transfer belt while assisting client to transfer from bed to chair), and travel to client's residence place of residence using a reliable means of transportation.

FLEXIBILITY : We understand how difficult it can be to find a job that balances life and work. We'll do our best to provide options that work with YOUR schedule.

PAY : We pay weekly and could provide access to pay on demand.
