Job Title : Data Analyst

Location : 200 vesey st, NYC, NY

Remote / Hybrid / In-Person : Hybrid 3 days / week (candidate's choice) Preferred, Fully remote is also available, must be available to work EST hours

Duration : Assignment will be re-evaluated month by month up to 3 months

Hours : M-F 8am - 5pm EST

Potential to convert to FTE, If so, what rate : yes

Resource's typical working day :

  • Managing the data flow from buildings into online platforms and analyzing the data
  • Analyzing invoices
  • Regulatory invoices

Years of Experience needed : 2-3

Level of Education : Bachelor's degree highly preferred

Systems / Software proficiencies : Excel, air table, Tableau

Certifications / Licenses : n / a

  • Utility Invoice experience
