MSP Workforce Management Specialist
Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist to support the MSP airport by providing reports, schedules and data for real-time workforce management needs. This position will review leave requests, assist in creating or modifying schedules, make staffing recommendations to ensure adequate daily resource coverage, and collaborate with leaders to optimize workforce in order to deliver a consistent experience to the operation.

Compensation : Pay : $22.00 USD per hour. This is the base compensation for this role.
Classification : Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Work Location : Minneapolis, MN (onsite at Terminal 2)
Supervisory Responsibility : None
Work Environment : This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers.
