Job Summary : The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the hotel's facilities. This includes performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing repair needs, and ensuring all systems are functioning properly.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's facilities to identify and address maintenance needs
- Perform maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and hotel standards
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of hotel equipment and fixtures
- Perform general upkeep tasks such as painting, carpentry, and landscaping
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications :
Previous experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar roleBasic understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systemsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood physical condition and ability to lift heavy objectsHigh school diploma or equivalent; certification in HVAC or building maintenance is a plusQualities We Value :
