job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to guests and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the well-being of the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues. Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a welcoming environment for guests. Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to company and site procedures. Collaborate with hotel management and staff to address concerns and support a secure atmosphere for all occupants. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Security Professional - Hotel Patrol
As a Security Professional - Hotel Patrol in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a hotel and resort location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the property by vehicle as required. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
