Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist with ARRT(MR) certification and Siemens MRI experience for a 13-week night shift assignment.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in an MRI department specializing in magnetic resonance imaging
  • Night shift schedule follows a 7on / 7off pattern with shifts covering evenings and overnight hours
  • Siemens MRI equipment is used in this unit
  • Participation may be required on an emergency team in the event of a hurricane, which could require staying at the facility until after the event or being part of the relief team
  • No local travelers will be considered for this position
  • Must be willing to discuss all requested time off during the interview
  • Five-day orientation provided including billable modules completed during orientation hours
  • Candidates who previously worked as permanent staff or in-house Contractors must have a 1-year separation before returning as a traveler

  • Active ARRT(MR) certification required
  • A minimum of 3 years of MRI technologist experience required
  • Siemens MRI equipment experience is required
  • Current Allied Health license for LA or compact state is required; license required if applicable
  • Must live more than 65 miles from the facility based on driver's license address
