Customer Success Representative

A company is looking for a Part-Time Customer Success Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via email and chat to assist candidates with assessments

Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate resolutions to customers

Assist with documentation, research, and provide feedback to improve customer success

Experience in Customer Support or Success for a SaaS product
