Compensation Equity Analyst
The Compensation Equity Analyst is responsible for developing salary recommendations, maintaining equity spreadsheets, and managing salary escalations. This role ensures fair and competitive compensation practices within the organization, aligning with industry standards and internal policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Two years of experience in calculating salary offers.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
- Ability to work with confidential information with a high level of professionalism associated with the area of Human Resources.
- Must be able to work cooperatively with other employees and function under pressure.

- Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
Analyze internal salary structures to draft accurate and competitive salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, demotions, and adjustments.Maintain and update equity spreadsheets to ensure consistency and fairness in compensation across the organization.Present equity data and recommendations to recruiters, managers, and / or senior management.Handle all salary escalations, reviewing and resolving issues related to compensation discrepancies and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.Collaborate and work closely with compensation consultants, recruiters, and department managers to understand their needs and provide compensation-related support and guidance.Ensure all compensation practices comply with relevant laws and regulations, and align with the organizations policies and objectives.Follow compensation philosophy relating to hire, rehire, promotion, and demotion guidelines.Maximum Offer for this position is up to
