Workday ERP Systems Manager

A company is looking for a Workday ERP Systems Manager to oversee the organization's ERP systems with a focus on Workday.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Workday, guiding HR, finance, and other business units

Lead the super user community, providing training and support for optimal system usage

Manage relationships with Workday CSM and third-party vendors to ensure successful project delivery and support

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field preferred

10+ years of experience in managing ERP systems, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on Workday

Extensive hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including core HR, payroll, benefits, and talent management modules
