What Youll Do :
Business Development & Growth
Identify and secure new business opportunities with private sector clientsyoull be a key player in our growth.Expand existing client relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and repeat business.Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities tostrengthen our market presence.Client & Operational Excellence
Serve as thetrusted advisorfor key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Oversee project execution, ensuringquality, efficiency, and profitabilityno dropped balls.Lead, mentor, and empower project teams to deliveroutstanding results under pressure.Financial & Team Leadership
Set and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive profitability and accountability in land development.Collaborate with project managers to forecast staffing needs and allocate resources effectively.Foster a culture ofcollaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementacross teams.Work cross-functionally to deliverintegrated, high-impact solutionsfor clients.What You Bring :
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.Professional Engineer (PE) license (highly preferred).15+ years of civil engineering experience, including5+ years in leadership(Director or similar).Proven track recordof winning work, retaining clients, meeting / exceeding revenue targets, and leading teams through complex projects.Financial savvy. You know how to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability.A figure it out mindset. Youre resourceful, adaptable, and thrive in fast-moving environments.Proven experience managing teams and mentoring staffExceptional communication skills. Compensation Base Salary Range : $165,175 - $200,250 per year. Bonus compensation ranges from 15%-25% of base salary. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. This range may be adjusted in the future based on business needs.
