Secret Business Analyst (Washington)

Insight Global is looking for a secret cleared Business Analyst located near NW, Washington DC supporting a large government client. The BA will be responsible for assisting to codify a governance process for product development (e. g., define processes and metrics for user experience design reviews and where they fall in the product development lifecycle), and conduct market research to identify and evaluate appropriate, modern usability and product analytics tools for organizational review and procurement. Additionally, they will work with product teams to identify opportunity areas for user experience design initiatives and draft a multi-month roadmap that outlines the implementation of UX-forward approval phase gates.

• Experience drafting a plan and / or roadmap for shifting an organization towards a new design practice, or other comparable software development practice. a) Must be an effective communicator (oral and written).
