Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Randolph, WI. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient health and needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, administering nursing care to injured, convalescent, or disabled patients, and maintaining medical records. The role also includes educating patients about their health conditions and providing support and guidance to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in patient assessment, clinical practice, and the development of nursing care plans
• Experience in administering nursing care and managing medical records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to educate and support patients and families
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field is preferred, but not required.
