Job Description

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years CVOR Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced CVOR Technician to support a busy surgical team. This contract position offers the chance to apply specialized nursing skills in a Cardiovascular Operating Room setting, contributing directly to patient care during critical procedures.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and maintain cardiac surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist surgical team during cardiovascular operations.
Ensure sterile environment compliance and monitor surgical supplies.
Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Document procedures and maintain accurate records.

Desired Experience and Qualifications :

Proven experience as a CVOR Tech or similar role within cardiovascular surgery.

Comprehensive knowledge of cardiac surgical instrumentation and procedures.

Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.

Certification or relevant training in perioperative nursing or cardiovascular technology preferred.
