ABOUT THE ROLE :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Eye Care Supervisor to lead our eye care clinic operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in eye care and team leadership who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence.

FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION :

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and support the Eye Care retail team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Greet patients and visitors warmly, manage appointment scheduling, and respond to inquiries.
• Oversee insurance verification, eyeglass sales, inventory management, and payment processing.
• Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and implement quality control measures.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and administration to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the eye care department.
