You’ll help make every customer interaction smooth and timely, while keeping communication clear, relationships strong, and Frontier’s outreach running at full speed.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the communication link between Frontier’s services and its customers—tracking updates, coordinating outreach, and keeping service delivery on point. The Customer Engagement Specialist plays a key role in maintaining trust and consistency across every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Specialist :

• Act as the main point of contact for Frontier customers—responding to service questions, updates, and account needs with clarity and care.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep Frontier’s campaign projects on track, ensuring smooth delivery and timely execution.
• Record customer interactions, service feedback, and campaign outcomes using internal systems to support Frontier’s data accuracy and performance tracking.
• Assist with onboarding, service enrollment, and account updates for Frontier customers—keeping everything organized and aligned with campaign standards.
• Spot opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and share helpful insights that support Frontier’s outreach strategy and service experience.
• Work closely with Vega’s sales and operations teams to streamline workflows and help Frontier meet its campaign goals efficiently.
