About the Role :

Handle all aspects of insurance defense litigation : pleadings, discovery, depositions, hearings, and trial prep.

Provide strategic case analysis and counsel to clients.

Collaborate with other skilled attorneys, paralegals, and staff for efficient results.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active NV Bar in good standing.

⚖️ 5+ years of insurance defense litigation experience or previous trial experience

✍️ Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
